Bill RichardsOperations and Business Development ManagerWilliam (Bill) Richards is the Operations and Business Development Manager of Turbo Technicians. He founded Turbo Technicians in 2009, bringing more than 15 years of rapid cook industry leadership, expertise and executive management. He oversees the direction and strategy for Turbo Technicians’ national network of field operations including sales, support, alliances and marketing. With a focus on strategy, leadership, innovation and customers, Bill says “It is our job as a company to find a way to help our customers save money while providing the highest excellence in service.” Turbo Technicians specializes in providing service for all models of TurboChef equipment across North America. The company focuses on fourteen major US markets and provides service across many other markets through partner relationships with exceptional regional service providers. Turbo Technicians currently provides service in 47 states. Before founding Turbo Technicians, Mr. Richards' experience in the industry began on the financial and accounting side and expanded to include building and managing a worldwide service network at TurboChef Technologies. He has served as a principal or investor in each of the companies with whom he has been employed with since 1989. He attended the University of Texas-Austin and has a BBA-Accounting from the University of Texas-Arlington.

Myles McQuearyParts ManagerMyles started with Turbo Technicians in 2012 as a Field Service Technician. During his tenure, he has gained vast knowledge of the business and the inner workings of the ovens we service. Currently he is tasked with ensuring proper inventory for all our field technicians nationwide, as well as providing phone support for troubleshooting or part related inquiries. His previous career experience involves almost a decade of retail banking service, everything from being a financial sales representative to loan underwriting and auditing. Myles has honed and polished his customer service ability and is always striving to further his skills to match and overcome any challenge that may be presented.
