Coffee equipment questions
What people ask us most.
-
My espresso machine is leaking steam or has lost pressure. Can you fix it?
Yes. Steam leaks, low pressure, no heat, a machine that won't pull a shot: we get those calls every day. If steam is escaping, turn the machine off and keep people back, then call us with the make, the model and what it's doing.
-
Do you install equipment I bought somewhere else?
Yes. Wherever it came from, we'll install it, test it, dial it in and service it from then on.
-
Do you service super automatic and bean to cup machines?
Yes. Super automatics and bean to cup brewers are a big part of what we do, along with traditional espresso machines, batch brewers and grinders.
-
My drinks taste off. Could it be the grinder?
A lot of the time, yes. Worn burrs and a dose that's drifted are where most taste complaints start. We check the grinder along with the machine it feeds.
-
Are you in my area?
Turbo Tech provides coffee and espresso equipment service in markets nationwide. Check our coverage page or call with your location and equipment details to confirm service availability.
-
Do you service pod or single-serve brewers?
No. We work on commercial coffee equipment. Countertop pod and single-serve brewers aren't something we service.
