Commercial oven repair, by people who work on nothing else.
Speed ovens are not like other ovens. Combi microwave, convection and impingement in one cavity, run hard during peak demand, then idle for hours. They fail differently and they need a technician who works on them every day.
Tell us what it is doing.
We have seen it.
You do not need a diagnosis to place a call. Describe the symptom and our team routes it to a technician who knows that machine.
HEAT
Not heating to temperature
Magnetron, convection element or a blocked air path. The most common call we take.
CODE
Error code on the display
Manufacturer codes point somewhere useful. Read it to us on the phone and we arrive with the part.
COOK
Inconsistent or uneven cooking
Product coming out cold in the middle or burnt at the edge. Usually airflow, catalyst or a drifting calibration.
AIR
Blower or fan noise and failure
Bearings, impeller damage or a motor at end of life. It gets louder before it stops.
UI
Touchscreen or control board fault
Unresponsive panel, frozen menu, a unit that will not hold a cook setting.
DOOR
Door, latch and seal failure
A safety interlock issue that will lock the machine out entirely. Do not run it.
CLEAN
Will not complete a clean cycle
Often a pump, a sensor or a deferred maintenance problem rather than a fault.
Three cooking technologies, one cavity, no margin for a guess.
Microwave energy
Magnetrons, waveguides and stirrers that have to be tested with the right instruments and handled to the manufacturer's safety procedure. This is the part a generalist should not touch.
Convection heat
Elements, blowers and thermostats moving hot air at speed. When airflow drifts, the food tells you before the display does.
Impingement
Jets driving heat directly at the product, which is what makes the cook time short. Jet plates and catalysts foul, and output falls off gradually rather than all at once.
The part is already on the van.
We service all major speed oven and specialty coffee brands, and we stock the parts that actually fail on the machines we service. Our technicians carry them rather than ordering them after the diagnosis, so most repairs are finished on the first visit.
Every visit ends with a digital service report, reviewed with you on a tablet: what failed, what we did, photos, and what we would watch next.
Before you call
-
How fast can you get someone here?
It depends on your market and the time of day, so we will give you a real answer on the call rather than a number on a website. Our target on speed ovens is a fix inside 24 clock hours, and most markets run well inside that.
-
Do you work on equipment that is still under warranty?
Yes. We are an authorized service agent for the major speed oven manufacturers, so warranty work goes through us directly, and we keep servicing the machine after the warranty ends. You do not change providers halfway through the equipment's life.
-
What should I have ready when I call?
The manufacturer and model, any error code on the display, your site address, and a description of what the machine is doing. If you have a photo of the data plate, that speeds everything up.
-
Do you charge by the hour?
Not on Turbo Tech One. Flat-rate service covers labor, return trips and travel within 100 miles of a covered metro for a single rate per visit. Parts, parts shipping and tax are the only exclusions.
-
Can you cover all of my locations?
We have a national footprint with roughly 200 technicians and eleven field regions. Check the coverage map for your metros, and if you run multiple sites, our national accounts team can put a single program across all of them.
Speed oven down right now?
Call. It is faster than a form and a real person picks up.
